Age Requirement: Customers must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine, spirits, beer, and all other alcoholic beverages. By placing an order with Consumers Liquor, customers affirm they are at least 21 years of age. Proof of age will be required for all alcohol-related purchases.
Receiving Deliveries: All deliveries containing alcohol must be received by an adult of legal drinking age (21 and older). Customers will be required to present proof of age upon accepting deliveries containing alcoholic products.
Order Processing: Most orders are processed and dispatched from the warehouse within 24-48 hours. While Consumers Liquor will make every effort to accommodate customers’ delivery needs, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Upon completion of an order, an email will be sent immediately to acknowledge receipt, followed by a subsequent email confirming the order has been processed and is ready for shipment. Should any issues arise with an order, Consumers Liquor will provide a notification to the customer by the end of the next business day regarding the status of the order.

Consumers Liquor provides domestic shipping options with the following scheduling time frames:
Orders placed with Express 2-Day Delivery are shipped via expedited service and typically arrive within two business days after dispatch. Delivery is available Monday through Friday to both residential and business addresses.
Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (noon) local time to qualify for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after this cut-off will ship the next business day.
Standard ground shipping is available to all business and residential addresses. Ground deliveries to business addresses are made between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM local time. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier availability.

Shipping Delays: Shipments may be delayed or held due to weather, delays from the shipping company, and other forces beyond Consumers Liquor's control. In such cases, Consumers Liquor will notify customers of any anticipated delays. Please note, Consumers Liquor does not ship to hotels, motels, or similar accommodations. Shipments are strictly for personal use and not for resale.
Shipping Regulations: Numerous states have regulations which restrict the shipment of alcohol. We regret any inconvenience if we are unable to ship to your location.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Shipments: Consumers Liquor is not responsible for items that are damaged, lost, or stolen during transit. Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, all responsibility for the shipment rests with the carrier.If an order arrives damaged, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Consumers Liquor is unable to issue replacements or refunds for items damaged in transit. If a shipment is lost or marked as delivered but not received, customers must work directly with the carrier to investigate the issue. Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for replacement or refund due to theft or loss. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Consumers Liquor is not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
